Do you envision your movement from point A to B as linear? As you reach for something with your hand, as you take a step? It seems many people have never considered this, and if you are one of them, chances are as you move your body through space only some movements have naturally remained correct. Many others have become mutated to protect injury or because they are imagined incorrectly, which changes our subconscious movement patterns as well as proprioception. In order to return to natural, healthy movement patterns you have to know where you are headed.
